I create things
Growing up in the Pacific Northwest gave me a down-to-earth attitude, the ability to chop wood and light a campfire with one match, but I will scream in terror if a flying insect comes near.
I got in touch with my creative dreams of being more of who I want to be when I moved to Southern California. More of a Mom on screen than off (unless you count my cat) it was the chance to play a zombie that got me into show business. It was years of trying to find healing in my body when I found yoga.
I call the PNW and Southern California home, which means I’m working in multiple markets. And right now, teaching online. Thank you for stopping in.
