Yoga For Every Body: For those who have maybe tried a yoga class and left feeling more discouraged, or afraid to even go to a yoga class, this one’s for you. In this workshop, we’ll experience different styles of yoga and find the one that works for you. You’ll leave the class with a personalized home practice and a new yoga mat.
