June 1st 1:30-2:30 pm come meet us for some tea, meditation and join other Hawaii retreat attendees as we share experiences and what this year’s retreat will be like. We’re at The Studio 2321 Morena Blvd, Suite L.
And while you’re there, you’ll be checking out the space as I’ll be teaching there Fridays from 9-10 am.
Early risers? I’m starting a Saturday morning 7 am class at Next Wave Yoga.
